Sold item as used, buyer left neutral feedback

  • I've found selling clothes a nightmare at times - I sold a new jumper that had never been worn as it was a gift that didn't fit. The buyer won it for a few pounds an then complained it was stretched and baggy. I refunded to keep my positive feedback and let them keep it as it wasn't worth them sending it back for the money. I just end up blocking buyers and hope that i get honest people.

Unless something is branded i don't sell any clothes anymore, just not worth the hassle. Better giving cheapish stuff to the charity or cloths4cash if you have enough.
  • Ignore it. We had someone leave neutral on Amazon with the comment "happy". If they were happy, why not leave positive?
