Jersey residents eligibility for UK Credit Cards

Does anyone know of any UK credit cards that are available for Jersey residents?
Having used the Moneysupermarket soft checker using my Jersey postcode, it is telling me that apart from CapitalOne I am not eligible for other cards. I have made a few phone calls and e-mail enquiries to card issuers, e.g Barclaycard, only to be told that they only offer cards to UK residents (Jersey is part of the British Isles, NOT the UK). I find it hard to believe that the bulk of mainstream UK credit card issuers do not accept applications from Jersey residents and wondered if anyone else has also had this issue and/or can help at all?
In response to some of the more unhelpful and sarcastic replies below.......Upon further investigation I am RIGHT....apparently, since about 2010 for most card issuers, it is a general standard that eligible UK residency has to be on the mainland. Thanks to those who genuinely tried to help.....for the others....how sad that you have nothing better to do than post hostile replies !!

Try HSBC
I have family in Guernsey and i know that's who they use0 -
Accoring to Wikipedia the population of Jersey is 97,857. I'm fairly sure that a pretty high percentage of them will have at least one credit card, so wouldn't it make more sense for you to ask your fellow islanders rather then people who are far more likely to live in the UK and won't have first hand knowledge of the situation?0

As a Jersey resident I can safely say that virtually all UK CC's are available to us
You may need to call their offshore/international team which deals with the services to Jersey residents as there are various privacy rules that the normal teams cant see / deal with.0 -

Despite the Barclay brothers owning brecqhou (a channel island) and having a majority control of sark0 -
I am a Channel islander and have over ten credit cards, most applied for over the internet. Nearly all credit cards will be avaliable , except Nationwide.0

As per your other post, I expect the only reason the cornerstone is lighter, is because it's made of :spam:0
