Why would an executor NOT take our probate ? , once they do the will becomes public property and for a small fee you can access it anyway to look

Are you looking to challenging the will ? thats pretty expensive by all accounts and you have to have really quite concrete evidence that you have a case as well
Seems strange you want them to get probate THEN challenge things , wouldnt it make sense to enter a caveat againts probate ?
even then , you really need to have very good and justifiable cause if the executors then issue you a warningNever, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0 -
