I have had a look at the T&C's and can't find anything about cancellation, they might have changed it since. I can only find an address for complaints and customer queries.
http://www.blockbuster.co.uk/help/websiteterms.aspx?key=subscriptionTerms#cancellingBy you: You may tell Us that you wish to cancel your Subscription Package at any time by accessing the My Account area of the Site, and by clicking on Cancel Your Subscription Account. Your cancellation is effective once you have returned all Rental Discs in your possession to Us in accordance with these Terms or, if you cannot return the Rental Discs in accordance with these Terms, once the replacement cost of such Rental Discs has been paid by you. You must return the Rental Discs in accordance with these Terms before the next Subscription Charge Date if you do not wish to be charged again for them, so please remember to allow enough time for the Rental Discs to be sent to Us in the post. It is your responsibility to ensure that Rental Discs are delivered to Us in a timely manner as We are not responsible for the postal service. We recommend posting Rental Discs to Us at least 5 working days prior to your next Subscription Charge Date. If We have not received the Rental Discs by the next Subscription Charge Date, We will continue to charge you the Subscription Package Charge. Where you cannot or have not returned the Rental Discs to Us or think that We may not have received the Rental Discs, please contact the blockbuster.co.uk Customer Services Team (See “Customer Queries and Complaints”). Because We immediately start delivering the Rental Subscription Services to you as soon as you become a subscriber, if you choose to cancel We are not required to provide you with a refund. YOU HAVE NO OTHER CANCELLATION RIGHTS EXCEPT THOSE EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS AND, UNLESS WE HAVE OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY AGREED, WE HAVE NO OBLIGATION TO REFUND TO YOU ANY MONEY PAID TO US UNDER THESE TERMS.
No mention of a phone number to ring in the T&C.
No way I am phoning an 0845 number on my mobile. So instead I am printing off the T&C and sending a letter inside the envelope when I return the last (hopefully) 2 DVDs tomorrow.0 -

I have an email from them confirming that my subscription is cancelled, but my account is still showing as on a payment holiday till 12th Dec.
I might print off the email and send it with a letter.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670 -
This was just announced by them on the FB page:
"UPDATE.
The Blockbuster online subscription service has now been suspended. Any money that has been taken from your account in the past week, is in the process of being automatically returned to you.
We will also refund the portion of your subscription where we have not supplied a service."0
