Blockbuster Online Account Cancellation

Has anyone else had problems cancelling their online subscription to Blockbuster?
I initially tried to cancel online and it directed me to a telephone number to cancel, which I have called numerous times and not got through. I have sent 3 emails to their customer service team and not had a single response. It's got to the point now where I have cancelled by bank card so they stop taking money from me.
They are continuing to attempt to take money and email me to advise this whilst saying 'your account is contuning to accumulate charges'!!
So frustrating as I have tried to cancel and their T&Cs quite clearly state that you can cancel your account online!

If you can prove that you have tried to contact them to cancel then they can "accumulate charges" all they like - if they tried to enforce it (e.g. court action) then they'll lose and incur further costs.0

Thanks all, for your replies. It seems sending multiple emails quoting their T&Cs worked and they have now cancelled the account and no word of charges. Result :-)0

Searched and got this thread.
I have a Blockbuster postal subscription that I want to cancel but can't get through on the phone, I just get the message "we are unable to deal with your query, please try later" and then cuts me off. I have emailed them, have only received an automated response, but no actual reply.
They only way I could stop them from taking any more money is by requesting a payment holiday, which will come into effect when my DVD's have been returned.
I have had a look at the T&C's and can't find anything about cancellation, they might have changed it since. I can only find an address for complaints and customer queries.
It's as if they want you to give up and not bother cancelling!Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.670
