Has anyone ever tried claiming back a lost recorded item?
I have, and the hassle is not worth the bother.0 -
Yes I have, I get half a dozen forms at a time from the PO, fill out the form, enclose a note saying I want the RD fee back, and I always get 6x1st stamps back, well worth the bother in my mind.0

I sent a letter by "signed for" recorded delivery - first class on Tuesday and it still has not been delivered - according to the royal fail "track and trace" it is being progressed through our network for delivery.
What does this mean ?
there's a possibility the postie just posted the letter through the door without getting a signature.0
