Yeah he knows about it spendless. I thought the right thing to do was hand in my notice as I have a 4 week notice period to work ( 2 weeks to go ) and it was quite obvious when a reference landed in his desk that I was thinking of leaving. I work for a small family run business, there are 8 of us there...it's not like its a big anonymous place with a HR dept.
I also thought that would give him a chance to get somebody else in.0
