    Hi guys,

I'm still receiving letter from this company. Some body advise my dad at work, that I could actually be liable given the circumstances of how I received the ticket (see above ). Shall I just continue to ignore the letters?

So did you actually challenge them? Or are you just ignoring them? There is a well known trail of threatograms - find yours below.

I have just ignored them, as advised to on this thread. I'm more than happy to keep doing this, but it is worrying to keep getting letters.

Well I bet that person at your Dad's work doesn't realise that ANPR Ltd are ex-clampers whose signs and fake PCNs and Notices and practices (in various ways) don't comply with the Protection of Freedoms Act Schedule 4 nor with the BPA Code of Practice.

And AOS member has to comply and I haven't seen one yet that gets it all right. Certainly not Trevor Whitehouse and his beloved ANPR Ltd!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
