Unlock vodafone Samsung E250v

I am looking for information on unlocking the above phone. I need to be able to use my o2 sim in it and it is asking for a network unlock. Where will I get this information please.

Google it. I'm not 100% sure what the link is. My mum has the Samsung E250 (she bought it on Vodafone and wanted it for O2) and she sent it away to a place she found on Google and it was returned 3 days after posting it. It costed around £8.
