HELP - transfer contacts from HTC Desire to Desire C

Im trying to transfer my contacts from my old Desire to my new Desire C that arrived yesterday.

I cant work it out at all and doesnt come with a very helpful manual, any help would great fully be received

Are not all you contacts in your Google account? Check it and if the contacts are there just sync your new phone with it.

Alternatively, there has to be an option to export/import the contacts to/from a SD card in Contacts>>Menu

Ive just checked and they arent saved to my google account, can i get them added to my google account or is it to late!

Desire to Desire C, the screen must feel like rather a step down! Internal storage much better though.

noodlespink2 - how do you find the Desire C? Fast enough? All the reviews seem to find it very slow.
