Well I'm all done for this tax year. Just put my £5640 into the direct ISA saver (2.5% instant access) and transferred last years ISA monies to the same account. One off experience, but Santander customer service seems to have improved quite a bit to me. Everything was very easy, information was clear and there was no passing between departments like I have experienced in the past.0
