How many times can I tell Orange the same thing with my broadband problems. Do they not have a database to record the information that they can look up saving me having to go through it for the 100th time !

That's why they are rated as one of the UK's worst ISP's. You get what you pay for.
Their TS is next to useless anyway; you'll get better advice if you post the specific problem on here.No free lunch, and no free laptop
