anyone been successful in getting anywhere with compensation on this flight which was delayed 23 hours from LA to heathrow. I have received a letter saying it was extraordinary circumstances - the plane had a cracked windscreen when it arrived at LA. So they are not paying out for this.

Post on Virgin thread. Cracked screen is not an extraordinary circumstance - it is a common occurrence.0
