Bullies at the bus stop

Good for you! Definitely report it to the school. Chances are the staff will know exactly who's responsible, if they're making the slightest effort to tackle their bullying problem."There may be a legal obligation to obey, but there will be no moral obligation to obey. When it comes to history, it will be the people who broke the law for freedom that will be remembered and honoured." --Rt. Hon. Tony Benn0

They may have an idea of who the children are when you tell them your address. You could take a photo of them next time so that the school can identify them.
I would tell the school which bus stop it was but I don't think I'd give out my address.0 -
You'd be surprised at how well school staff know their students (at a decent school, anyway!). Ring and report what you have seen and what the girl said, with a description of the girl. , and the others as much as you can - sex/how many/age etc. If it happens again - ring again.[0

While your at it you may as well get the video recorder out and put some war paint on!
What?
I really don't see what is wrong with taking a photo showing people bullying a girl at a bus stop as evidence to show the school. Just because they happen to be children? It's not as if they're running around half naked is it, they're in school uniform and they'll be filmed on the bus anyway.
Oh, wait, we musn't infringe the poor little lambs rights, that would be terrible, imagine the uproar if the school could easily identify them from a photo taken by a member of the public that will stop a girl suffering from daily abuse and bullying. Yep, totally outrageous.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

Well yes, that's what I meant, the bus stop where you live, on Whatever Street, no need to say you live at No.64.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
Just an update for you - Sorry its a bit late i didnt get a chance to log on last night.
I called the school yesterday and reported it - They asked for my contact details so I gave my mobile number.
When i left for work this morning I didnt see any of them at the bus stop but there was a lady who was there yesterday so I spoke to her quickly and she told me that on the bus yesterday she sat near the girl and told the bullies off. The bullies insisted they was innocent and the girl started it (Completely different to what i saw )
Hopefully the school have more sense than to believe them if they say the same there.
Thanks for replies - The lady told me she always catches that bus in the morning so she can keep an eye on the girl and make sure she is ok. Hopefully they will realise that adults are around who are watching and will back off.0 -

I hope the bullies have realized their fault, but don't hesitate to inform the school authorities about their bullish act as they might repeat it future.0

I reported a very similar incident to the school when a much younger lad was beaten up by an older one.
The school couldn't have cared less.0 -

Legally, there's nothing wrong with doing so. If you go out in public in the UK, your consent to be photographed is assumed.
HOWEVER, I don't know if you noticed, but this country has become completely obsessed with !!!!!philes and many parents see menace everywhere and constantly and aren't afraid to aggressively attack anyone they perceive as a threat. For this reason alone, as a keen photographer, I go out of my way to ensure that nobody's children ever appear in any of my pictures, and I'd always advise other men to do the same. It's sad and it's wrong, but you really don't need the hassle of having your life destroyed by a false accusation."There may be a legal obligation to obey, but there will be no moral obligation to obey.
