Stevenage leisure park

I received a parking ticket back in November for parking over the bat by about an inch.

After reading on this forum I've ignored every letter sent to me.

Ive received a solicitors letter this morning saying I have 14 days before they take me to court.

They won't will they?

Charlotte

They never do court so ignore them. If they do suddenly grow balls though come back here for further advice.

I hope not I've ignored everything and to be honest I was parked such a small amount over the line.

It was the first week of them being in that car park so I think they were just stating a point I really fingers crossed doubt they will take me to court.

    Thanks

Not sure why you are panicking now, surely you have just got the next letter in the chain, all shown in pictures in our sticky thread 'PPC letter chains'? You should just be playing snap with these letters by now:

Graham White, yes? It's not a separate solicitor's firm, it's a letter heading used by Roxburghe again.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
