    Yes, I have tried 2 stores and it won't give me a date for either.

    I had problems too. Phone M&S they gave me home delivery at no charge.

  • Give customer services a call, I was having the same problem and they have sent it out to me free of charge :)

    what a joke!!! I spent ages on the phone with an idiot who didn't seem to know how to work out how to use a computer & pressed a wrong button & lost all the details & ha to go through them all again to find out it's now gone out of stock!! all he kept saying is i'm really sorry about that try in 7 to 10 days!!!
