    As it's Aviva, they've made all their staff with any knowledge redundant starting with the most experienced.

    Any senior (ish) roles were replaced with graduates, how a history or music degree helps I have no idea.

    Sounds like they are following the FSA in their recruitment. ;)

    As I recall, wasn't the EU directive on gender-based charging brought into force a few months ago? So even if she hadn't moved from Wales, her policy renewal would have gone up anyway.

    Moving to London, of course is a massive change in driving profile - so no doubt her increased earnings will be a good reason to pay for it!
