UC will not be happening for ESA this year.

There is currently a trial for JSA IB UC in an area something like Woking, which will last till October when the JSA IB UC will spread out across the country. I think it might also apply only to young persons in the trial.

ESA won't be changing for a long time yet.

Who told you this year? It is being replaced by Universal Credit but will not be complete until 2017 with new claims starting first.
I really wouldn't worry at the moment if I was you, you won't suddenly find anything happening.
