Tesco Broadband

Hi,

Does anyone have T BB? I just did a line check and although me living in a large town with access so all normal broadband providers, Tesco say my exchange can handle them yet...

Is this true, can an exchange that handles all the most common bb providers be overcome by Tesco's offering?

Thanks.

One more time in English please?
Whist you are at it put your telephone number into samknows exchange search and see which LLU operators are available to you.

Each exchange is different. If yours hasn't been LLU'd by Tesco's provider, then you can't get the LLU service.

    Your link is dead penrhyn.
OP, Tesco broadband runs on the Cable and Wireless LLU network. I believe that that covers only about 250 exchanges in the UK (out of over 6,500), so it's not surprising that it's not on yours. As already advised, do a samknows search for your other LLU options.

:mad::mad::mad:Please do not use Tesco BB, it is a horrendous speed, terrible customer service and when you get a fault, whilst trying to sort it out, they accidentally cut your BB supply off.

They left me with no BB for 20 days, and no call back to try to resolve.

    Terrible
