    No it's serious , they were on TV a couple of weeks ago, it was something to do with bailiffs and them not paying a claim against them.

    Don't worry about it, it's to do with popla and the timeframe for the ticket, it's nothing serious
    When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
    We don't need the following to help you.
    Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

    You don't need POPLA in your case. You should have just done a similar Letter Before Action that caryl25016 did, and you still can, because this is NOT about 'discretion' by anyone - this is about the managing agents actually allowing a disability law breach to continue:

    (both letters for those posters, caryl2506 and trubster, were suggested by little old me! I used to work as a Disability Advice Manager and know about the Equality Act 2010 in enough detail to know this is unlawful behaviour and harassment. UKCPS have broken the law and so have the retail park management because they all 'knew or should have known' about the disability).

    Rather unbelievably perhaps, it's actually true!

    I would urge you to put the landowner on notice that they face a potential claim against them for harassment and breach of the Equality Act. This ought to focus their minds into getting UKCPS to do the right thing.

    Any update on this - did you did send off your letter and did they cancel the fake PCN?
