So, apparently everyone except Jules2012 have failed to read the question.

The OP is about how you manage your own person budget, not what you would do if you were Chancellor.

Ok if you want my answer to this, its none of anyone's business how I manage my budget!!

National Debtline representative is obviously fishing for information for there company to get new ideas of products to sell to people.

    Hi all,

A few people have misunderstood our topic here – we were interested in people’s approach to budgeting.

To clarify re post #12 – we’re a charity which offers free advice around helping people deal with their debts and managing their money wisely.

    Best wishes,

    David @ NDL.

Why taxing more East European nationals? Why not everyone, but everyone go and find a job to help the country? Instead stay at home etc...My humble opinion

Take no notice of dr_adidas01. He is full of conspiracy theories.

    Why not?

I keep hearing that eastern europeans are putting in a lot of money into this country but TBH I can't see how car washing is really helping the country.

    1. Taxing Eastern European nationals and other foreign nationals who work in Britain 20% more Tax.
    2. More money towards the Armed Forces.
    3. More money towards hospitals.
    4. Cut child care costs.

Why do you specify EE? any foreign nations would suffice?

However I don't agree that this policy is the right thing, but if other countries do it (I would like someone to tell me what countires specifically) then there is no reason not to adopt the same policy.

I agree with more money to the armed forces, but I'd like to see less wars, and more prevention

The NHS needs serious overhauls of it's current systems and the Mid-Staf scandals have shown this, i'm not convinced throwing money at it can fix its problems

Childcare is expensive, however I also think childminders and nursary workers need to earn a good wage, after all they are looking after the most important people in our lives.

We did understand the question but most of us decided to ignore it.

I'd take no nonsense of CRISPIANNE3 as he doesn't like answers to his questions, especially when there not patient about faster payments not arriving into accounts within 5 mins, especially after the institutions tells them there having delays in sending payments.

I'm also not full of conspiracy theories at all, this is a statement you have made without knowing me and totally false!!!!

May be the reason why people did not respond is that you didn't specify what you mean by budgetting?

Assuming we'd all have the same understanding what budgetting means, what's in it for us if we tell you? What's in it for you if we tell you?
