It's easily done. There are only 2 of us in our house and according to my router in the last 20 days we have used 55GB in and 7GB out.

And I don't consider myself to be a particularly heavy user.

We also got charged £53 for going over our allowance one month. We honestly thought we had an unlimited package when we subscribed to BT infinity, so were shocked when we received this bill.
BT need to be more upfront with their charges.
After staying on the phone for an hour and ten minutes to try and resolve this matter and being passed from person to person the line got cut off, so we are back to square one - the whole experience has been extremely stressful

Viruse or spyware on you laptop could be recieveing and sending information on your laptop but not that much.. turn wireless off for 24 see how that help.... i have unlimited as PS4,TV,gaming PC, Ipad and 2 iphone dont really hit more than 60GB a month.. thou have hoit over 100 a few times.. and i use all these alot everyday
