has anyone used these before, i'm a bit worried as it looks like quite a basic site and i've never heard of them before. Is the chance of them not completing the order likely. has anybody ever not got cashback they were due to (from any company)

i'm planning on getting the nokia 6230 which works out at £60 a year

is free 2nd line just the sim?

Try https://www.!!!!!!.com see what deals they have, i've used them and the service was fine. Also been running over 4 years now.

Yes,
I got a LG from them in dec last year and it came with a sim (orange). The delivery was fine wnd quick. I called them back also to ask about the cashback and was attended to nicely.
I am still waiting for my six months to finish so that I can get my cashback, (Fingrs crossed).
Anyone here who has got a cashback from them??

https://www.mailorderphones.co.uk is actually a company called Microline based in west london. I have not used the website but have bought a phone deal with cashback in one of their shops. They have shops in Ealing, Southall & Houndslow. I got the cashback. They have been around since I moved to London in 2001. I can only say positive things.

I have had a couple of cashback deals from their Uxbridge store, no problems.
Am going for the motorola '3' deal on the site at the mo.
They have advertised in exchange and mart for a number of years as microline.

Not sure if you are aware but on the nokia 6230 deal you do have to down grade to a low £15 tariff(30 mins a month) for the last 6 months of the contract to get the phone for £60.
I've got a 6230, excellent phone.
