Next time I'll take a wire coat hanger and a copy of 50 shades of grey. Sit myself next to the ketchup and mustard dispensers and read my book. I'm sure they will soon start flocking in.

Get a friend to lead you to her house, and sing of your undying love. It works in the movies.

Surely you could have struck up a conversation on horse in the meatballs?

He was gorgeous. We ended up colliding at the bin. Most romantic moment of my life :/
Seriously though. You should have said something (and so should I).
One of the best kissers in the land is shallow (interested in how good looking a guy is). :o
Will have to reappraise where you stand on my list!

Well I'm guessing that I was at least third on your list after Judi and Shegirl and, being one of the best kissers in the land, I think that I'd rather wait for the man whose list I'm on the top of, sorry NAR!

I like being on top :D.

I met my hubby in Ikea. I (seriously) looked like sh1te, had spent all day moving house and ...well, you get the picture.

He was wearing a funny t-shirt and I asked him about it, we chatted for a while and then he came over and asked me for my phone number.

Three years later we got married :grouphug:

He's lasted longer than the wardrobe from bargain corner...yes, that was mentioned in the wedding speeches!
We may not have it all together, but together we have it all

If I was that girl in Ikea then I'd have loved you to say hello, I might have been a bit surprised at first, but if that 'look lock' meant anything then I'd probably ask if you'd have a good shopping trip so far or if you were looking for any items in particular which might have led to you eventually asking me if I fancied grabbing a coffee in the restaurant area!

Ikea as the hot place to date. Who'da thunk it?

That thread made me giggle like a schoolgirl :D He had quite a way with words didn't he. We'll never know if she was pregnant now.

    What did I miss?
