Good PAYG network/deal required

Hi,

I'm trying to do some research for an Aunt who wants a good PAYG network as she's fedup with her present one (o2), which she has used for 2-3 years.

Though she spends >£20 a month, she would still prefer to stick with PAYG as she was badly messed about with her last contract mobile (so no going back to a contract under any circumstances for now).

Can anyone recommend a good PAYG network/deal (except o2) for her kind of spend?

And also a new, inexpensive but reasonably OK, camera clamshell phone to go with it if possible (this is secondary). Ta, G
