    Could you give me your recipe for chicken casserole as i am cooking that tomorrow. Have never done it from scratch before always used jars.

    I'm going to make it up to be honest!! :rotfl:

    I did a meatball casserole one from the One Pot Good Food book and it was basically onion fried off, some meat (recipe was for meatballs so fried with the onion, but I'm using leftover cooked chicken), some veg (potatoes, carrots, peas, whatever else is in the fridge/freezer), a jar a passata and some herbs (thinking of basil and maybe cumin or paprika depending on my mood) and some stock (depending on how liquidy you want it), and cook on the hob for an hour or so till all the veg is soft.

    Just looked for the recipe online but can't find it. However... this one looks really nice too... If the supermarket had delivered the bacon I'd ordered - i'd probably switch to this ;)

    Many thanks for that :T . Will give it a bash tomorrow. I remember a few years ago i was in the BBC site and i did have a binder thing saved on there. Think I will see if i can dig it up again.
