Here's my meals plan - as usual everything is homemade, vegan and wheat-free. As before, unsure on which days to have what so I won't specify the days - each dish provides me usually with 3-4 servings but as there's only me I don't mind eating the same thing 2-3 times per week.

    Breakfast
Oat or Millet Porridge with Rice or Almond Milk; Granola

    Lunches
    Oatmeal and Broccoli Soup
    Mushroom Soup
    Miso Soup

    Evening Meals
    Vegetarian Chilli
Spicy Okra with Red Onions, Mustard Seeds and Brown Rice
    Chestnut & Quinoa Stuffed Peppers

    Snacks
Peanut butter and Banana Shakes; Chick Pea Pate on wheat-free bread; Date & Nuts Bars; Raspberry Jelly

But what I can throw together (will have a good freezer rummage later today) is:

    Lamb steak and roasties
Bolognaise or Lasagne (got the sauce in the freezer so just need to decide at the time which one to turn it into)
Toad in the hole and mash
    Sausage and mash
    Pie and chips

Morning all! Here is my plan for this week. Have decided just to take it up to Friday, as I generally go shopping on Friday or Saturday and so it makes sense to start a new plan from then. So here goes:
Monday - Left over chilli and veg pasta bake for me, OH out, tomato pasta for kids
Tuesday - Chicken Curry/ Veg Curry, rice, naan bread for us, jackets for kids
Wednesday - Roast Chicken/Nut roast, roast potatos, roast carrots, green beans, swede
Thursday - Smoked Mackerel and horseradish fish cakes, salad, jackets for us, fish fingers, salad and jackets for kids
Friday - Sesame salmon with wild and brown rice for us, chicken, mash and carrots for kids.

Have got a yummy coconut cake in tin made yesterday, peanut butter bars also made yesterday and plenty of fruit and yoghurt if anyone wants pud. Have also got the makings of a bread and butter pud so will probably do that on Wednesday.
    Have a great day everyone.
