Right need to get organised as close to the end of my budget, plus I want to run freezer to empty before holiday, as usual fruit and veg depends what needs using, loads of cereals in for breakfasts, most things in for lunches like baked potatoes, sandwiches etc.

Saturday - Stew & dumplings inc bulk cook for freezer
Sunday - Beef dinner, huge brisket in freezer, extras to be frozen for later

Rest of the week more flexible, loads of appointments etc so most will depend on time but will be a choice of these

Lasagne - bulk cook bolognese sauce for freezer aswell
    Sausages, eggs and chips
    Chilli and rice
    Chicken curry
    Pizza
One day I might be more organised...........
    GC: £200
Slinkies target 2018 - another 70lb off (half way to what the NHS says) so far 25lb

Here's my meal plan for the week, I'm finding this planning, using what we have in and only buying what we need as we need it eg fruit and veg is not only working out well, the household seems a tad happier, no more of those what's for tea, I don't know, what do you fancy convo's that used to end in going for a takeaway! Anyway this week coming breakfasts are cereal, porridge or toast from bread made in the BM. Lunches are sandwiches and fruit for both DH and me and our evening meals are:-

Saturday – Sweet n Sour Pork & Egg Fried Rice
Sunday – Roast Chicken, Roast Potatoes, Roast Parsnips, Carrots, Peas, Stuffing & Gravy.
Monday – Lamb Casserole with Leek Scones
Tuesday – Chicken & Leek Pie, New Potatoes & Peas (using left over chicken from weekend and tin of mushroom soup and frozen pastry already in.
Wednesday – Quiche, Chips & Beans (Made on Tuesday and left in the fridge)
Thursday – Pork Loin Steaks, Veg, Mash & Gravy
Friday – Potato Hash & Dumplings

Already made some cakes and scones ready for pudding in the week and froze an extra batch of scones uncooked so I can just pop them in the oven on Wednesday to restock supplies. Also plan making banana rice pudding in the slow cooker, after reading the coconut milk version, I thought I'd try banana milk, it works good on porridge with a sliced banana and a drizzle of honey it's more like a pudding than a breakfast :D

This week is a bit chaotic (as ever) because we are going to be out a couple of nights but not sure which ones, but am trying to use some freezer stuff so, what we will be having will be something like this:

    Gammon, hm oven chips, egg
Salmon wrapped in bacon, roasted new potatoes, green beans and roasted tomatoes
    Lasagne, new potatoes, salad.
Mediteranean chicken type thing, with rice and green beans
    Tuna steaks with noodles/spring onions/soy/ginger

Well meal plan has changed after freezer door left open (too much ice drawer kept jamming) and all food defrosted, not too much in there thank goodness.

    So mealplans are now

Sat: Mackerel new pots, salad and beetroot with hm coleslaw
Sun: Fish pie (already made in fridge) and veg
    Mon: Roast chicken and veg
    Tues: Jacket pots and salad
Wed: Chicken supreme and rice (left over chicken)
    Thurs: veggie mexican buffet
Fri: some kind of pasta dish not sure what yet.

Only thing i shall have to buy will be whole chicken

Breakfasts: toast or yoghurt and museli and fruit
lunches, salads and sandwiches and fruit.
