As an update to this thread the bigpockets site will be live again this week. The company running the website went into administration and I don't have any of the information but i was assured that all orders placed were sent or refunded before it solutions went into administration.

Good news for you, the new company will be honouring warranty & support for customers who bought from the website.

And If the OP still has an issue, please message me and I'll take a look into this for you.

There is definitely a tie up with Bigpockets & SVP, because I started receiving emails from SVP as soon as BP went down, & SVP are using my dedicated Bigpockets email address. This email address was designed just to be used by BP, & no one else. How else were SVP to know that address?

Probably because the liquidators have sold one of the assets, the e-mail list.

So whats happened with the reopening Suited72.Your post back in April indicated that they would be taken over by someone else.Its not happened.I see the crap site Boffer has reinvented itself.I dont know why as they have took their eye off the ball for too long.Expecting people to buy off them to resell on E bay simply isnt gonna work as postage fees have all but killed off e bay.Whats the point of buying 200 of the same item only to find ten other people have done the same thing,hence a pyramid scheme in reverse.You are struggling to get your money back from the outset.Looks like Bigpockets has gone forever im afraid
