Our nearest store had that too so it may be an offer across all stores
Why pay full price when you may get it YS ;)

A friend of mine told me that on a recent visit to Farmfoods they had stopped allowing mix-and-match of any items on the same price offer (e.g. 3 for £2), and the multisave offers now only apply to multiples of the same item. If this is true I might have to rethink my food shopping quite drastically.

Not a problem today with 3 different sorts of frozen veg. What I did notice was that some had been repackaged in smaller bags and you have to be careful which veg you buy as not all in the offer.

sorry, didn't notice what just 1x 4pk cost......just made up to see 8 tins for £4.....it was getting to be expensive so nice to see it back at this price level.

I didn't have a problem yesterday when I mix and matched choc chip cookies 2 for £1.
  • Thankfully the multisaves not working with different items seems to have been just a temporary and probably localised glitch: they've been back to normal ever since for me too. My local FF had run out of the tinned strawberries and Weightwatchers 2 for £1 meals, but had 3-packs of Cadbury Caramel eggs at 39p today.
  • I hate the multi buys system they have. All the food is mixed up, I want all the chicken in one place, all the fish in 1 place etc... Because of 3 for £5 deals and the like it is all over the place and quite frankly is a bit of a mess and I've noticed some of the prices of things I buy creeping up. I might have to defect to Iceland!

Personally I have always thought Farmfoods stock was all over the place even 10 years ago.

Just seems the company doesn't hire a brand display person to get the best out of the brand / food instore locations.

Even cinemas have a brand placement person to put the goods they sell in the best positions to sell them.

The 'Brands' have to pay for their goods to be displayed in certain locations and at certain heights in Supermarkets...how much they are willing to pay is the deciding factor.
