NOW TV Scam???

Just tried logging into my NOW TV account but none of the passwords I'm entering are working and I tried resetting the password by following their links but despite claiming at least over 10 times they've sent an email to reset the password I haven't received any feedback. Since I can't access the account, I'm worried that they're deliberately holding my account's personal details and will therefore make it difficult for me to cancel my free trial subscription before it ends so they can freely charge me. Has anyone else had this problem??

I don't think it's a "scam".
You'd be more likely to get a properly informed response if you posted your problem on NOW TV's community pages;

Have you checked your 'spam' or junk mail folder on your email account? Are you sure they're sending to the correct email address?0

Phone them. They are pretty helpful on the phone.My user name is SkyInsider... I worked for Sky quite some time ago, also worked for Virgin Media and a few other tech companies as a consultant. All views are my own
