Thought I would do another re-cap.
Sent an email and 2morrow sending letter recorded delivery putting everything in writing.
The guy from Robinsons of Rochdale said that the bike was being fixed under the warranty or paying an extra £200 for a new bike. They were the only options he was giving and under no circumstances would a re-fund be given. He wasnt very nice. I told him that there was no way I was going to pay more money out and I just wanted a refund now. What should I do next if he wont give a re-fund?
