Just out of interest how are people getting over a million ive been playing for ages and only have 250000. Any tips?2012 wins, £200, 2 x Alicia keys tickets, a t' shirt and a pencil case.

I only joined the game about a week ago. I'm on 1,348,100 - currently in 57th place. There's no real short cuts or quick fixes (that aren't cheating). Lots of hours spent 'virtually' driving around the game. I am working my way round the biggest cities as systematically as possible. Sometimes it gets tricky as you see a good 'bunch' of cars in one direction...and some in the other direction and you have to make a choice which way to go. When this happens I make a note of a nearby street name and revisit the other direction later.
I've found Coventry, Brighton, Birmingham, Swindon, Bristol, Blackpool and London to be good spots for bunches of car. In London work your way around by typing in tube station names.
I've also followed all the tip offs posted on here for portals/gold cars... and also when someone finds a big collection of cars.
Sadly the game won't load on my phone so no chance of using the phone app for me or visiting a dealer
