There are cliffs but that's at the North end..nowhere near town...you need central area or central promenade area.
Well you learn something new every day.
I've been coming to Blackpool for almost 40 years, and never seen a cliff, apart from the Cliffs Hotel.
Where are they then?Is it better to aim for the stars and hit a tree or aim for a tree and land in its branches :think:Loves being a Wonderbra friend :kisses3:

I think "cliff" was a slight exageration by the forefathers of Blackpool.
Opposite the Cliffs Hotel is where the cliffs are....more of a steep drop to the beach.
On old pictures of Blackpool, Uncle Tom's Cabin was situated next to a cliff, it was then flattened to make the promenade.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -
