i have pay monthly contract on orange which is 6 months free 12 months to claim my cash back i have to pay my first 6 bills on the time and i m using direct debit for payment the problem is my bank account has been used by someone and all my money has been spent consequently i did not pay one of my bill. i have claimed to Lloyds tsb for money back but i am just wondering can i still get my cash back from phone 4u which is 210 pounds. i have bought phone from phone 4u web site and 4u store does not help me they say i have call the number which they gave me. i am not English and i dont speak very well what can i do.
