Amazing how you got 3 phones all with exactly the same fault.

Gordon Hose - my thoughts exactly, the phone literally just ceased 'lighting up' when a call was incoming and we became unable to make outgoing calls, the problem is intermittent, but a problem nevertheless. The repair centre did call when the phone went back a second time and we did explain and they seemed to understand what the problem was, but now we're on the second refurbished phone........ Go figure.
