Which Emirates address should I use.

Hi all,

My flight from Glasgow to Dubai in January this year was delayed three hours. As I live in New Zealand, which Emirates office should I address my claim to, UK, Dubai or New Zealand.

Thanks in advance.

Joe

Check that the delay was actually over three hours, if flightstats or similar websites show 2hr 59 minutes you have no claim at all. The obvious answer would be to contact their office in Auckland but I suspect since their flights out of NZ are not protected by EU261 at all, they will claim complete innocence so it may better to contact their UK HQ which is at 95 Cromwell Road London
