How Do I Install Printer Software

This is getting worse.

I can't find the installation disc!

Going back to my son's net book - I tried adding a printer but when it searched it didn't pick it up.

Its a canon MP495 - will I be able to get a copy of the disc? I would imagine I should be able to 'copy' the files from where it installed on my lap-top - I'll probably mess it up though :-(

Feel like chucking the thing in the bin and just ordering a new one - they only cost about £40!

OMG - something has happened.

I plugged in the wire from the printer into the notebook and it has automatically loaded up the software but it says no driver found!

I'll go to the canon link and see if I can find it - fingers crossed this will sort it :-)
