Has ITV player been dropped from catchup on Virgin? No longer an option for me on M+. Also couple of weeks ago the interface for the interactive service changed, e.g news items won't move to next item it simply goes back to the last menu each time. Is just just my STB?

On the STB hold down the power button until the unit goes into reboot mode. This should clear any errors and will also generate a "refresh" from VM sometimes disconnecting from the power supply has the same effect. Shouldn't take more than a few minutes. If this dosen't fix your problem then phone VM and they will send a service tech person out.0
