Talk Talk Question

Fibre Cabinets were installed 6 months ago where I live and Talk Talk Business (my ISP) - Still deny this !!
BT checker tells me that I can get FTC already......
I will leave them - unless they join the 21st century
I have even considered transferring to TT home - but I can't get emails to the - I emailed talktalk_help@mailuk.custhelp.com and all that I get back is an automated response telling me to add the incident number to the email subject - which I cannot do (I have no incident number)
Does anyone have a Talk Talk email address to a real person who can help ?
As a NON speaking person - this is infuriating....

Do they tell you Talk Talk can give you FTC or is it only BT . FTC is to my cabinet but ISP is yet to implement it .
As to TT general advice would be to pay up your contract and get a decent ISP .

According to BT Checker TT is on the list of ISP's who have equipment in my exchange already - TT home though not TT business
And despite a dodgy start (I was lied to about my T&C and then told that the saleswoman had been sacked - only to discover that this too was a lie) - I quite like TT - they appear to be quite reliable !!
All that I am looking for is an email address of someone in TT with clout !!0 -
It's up to them if they want to provide FTTC - maybe they just don't want to enable it for their use at that exchange?
Just because BT provide it doesn't mean TT do. You signed up for an ADSL service and they're providing that service, they don't have to put you on FTTC if it's not available on their network at that exchange.0
