Don't know what to do...

I need to buy a new payg phone. I am currently with Orange and have an old Nokia phone (from my Mum
). I would like to get a 2.0 mega pixel camera if possible and have been suggested to try ebay. I am loathe to do so because I don't trust the site.
Am I being silly? Is it a good idea to buy mobiles from ebay? Should I bite the bullet and pay £100 or so from a high street mobile shop instead?
I have tried looking at online phone reviews and shops and just can't see the wood for the trees.
Your advice would be gratefully received

I have bought and sold loads of phones from ebay with no problems at all.
If you are a buyer just make sure the seller has a good feedback rating 100% positive for a reasonable number of transactions.
I know sellers have to start somewhere but I would always prefer to buy from the guy with 100% on 500 transactions than the other guy with 100% on 5 transactions. That's just the way it goes.
Have a look on ebay for a nokia 6233. It is a really cool phone with a 2 megapixel camera. If you are familiar with Nokia user interface the rest will be a doddle.0 -

If I could be bothered I'd get that auction pulled.0

Why would you pull the auction? I cant see anything wrong with it. (only downside I can see is that theres no photo of the actual phone)
Queen Marge checkout: Samsung E900 for £79.95 (includes £10 credit) and you can claim £10 back through Quidco

The only thing wrong is the title:Nokia 6233 - Brand New Boxed Mobile Phone (N73 N95)
The phone is not an N73 or N95, putting incorrect keywords in a listing to boost hits is against ebay policy and as a buyer, hugely annoying (if I was looking for an N95, I wouldn't want to waste my time looking through loads of other phones!).0
