Mobilephonesdirect - Contract coming to an end soon...
Hey. My contract is coming up for renewal at the end of the month and I am looking to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S3 mini. I don't use a lot of minutes and texts but I do use a hell of a lot of internet data.
My current contract is T-Mobile 300 mins, 300 text and unlimited data for £15, which is fantastic. However, the only way I got this was because the phone I originally purchased it with way an old Nokia that you can pick up for £5 in Asda. I purchased the phone I currently used separately.
What I am looking at now is a refurbished samsung galaxy s3 mini from mobilephonesdirect. It's 500 mins, unlimited text and unlimited data for £26. It also comes with a free Kindle Fire HD, which I was looking to purchase this year anyway.
Am wondering whether this company is any good or if there any other deals that can match this. Like I said, I need data more than anything.

You could pick up a refurbished one for under £200 (www.smartfonestore.com/buy_product.aspx?searchtxt=Samsung%20Galaxy%20S%20III%20Mini%20i8190&altmfr=Samsung&source=webgains&siteid=20363).
With that get Three's SIM 200 (200 mins, 5000 texts) for £6.90 a month and then pay £5.00 extra for all you can eat data, so £11.90 a month. £21.95 Topcashback.0 -

Hi, I have used them several times, they are a reputable company and actually they used to run the Nokia retail stores for Nokia until Nokia decided not to have a retail presence on the high street anymore.0 -
Ok, thanks.
A few more questions. Has anyone purchased with a gift? Also, what about refurbished handsets. What condition am I to expect?0 -
Hi, have used them for both and had no problems however personally I don't like refurbished because of the risk of getting a phone with an intermittent fault and there isn't usually a lot of difference in the price.0

Thanks again. Glad to hear good feedback on this company.
I decided upon a new S3 mini with just a regular Kindle Fire - who needs HD?
I ordered a couple of hours ago but I have yet to receive a confirmation email and my status still reads: "Pending - New Order"
I did receive an update from Quidco about the cashback and it has been tracked, which I am taking as a good sign.0
