Compensation Claim

After having my claim turned down by Thomas Cook I got the CAA involved and lo and behold they have paid up.Unfortunately they have sent a discount voucher which has to be used by March 2014.
If you read the regulation it specifically says the refund should be either cash ,cheque bankers drat or electronic transfer. It also says that they cannot use discount vouchers unless the complainant agrees which I have not done. The fight goes on.

Hi Umpire. I had vouchers from Thomas Cook. I phoned customer service (the number which was on the letter that came with the vouchers) and just said I didn't want vouchers, could they send a cheque instead please?! It arrived about 4 days later.
