Last night we celebrated by having Dominoes pizza delivered. Not very MSE i know but we did order before 6pm so got them for half price.

I also had a large Malibu and coke!

It's all about knowing your pan and your cooker and a touch of luck Goose eggs are really difficult to get right because of their size varies so much and you have to adjust the time accordingly. I'm useless with hens eggs, duck eggs - not too bad.

Strange - it's hens eggs I have the trouble with! Occasionally we get given ducks eggs and I can do those perfectly, probably because they are never around long enough to go in the fridge. I only keep the hens eggs in the fridge because there is no-where else for them to go without getting smashed! I do take them out for at least a half hour before I cook them though.
