we have a leg of lamb to cook this week. Lamb isn't really my favourite meat, in fact id happily not eat it but OH loves it so I eat it so he can have it sometimes.

He asked tonight what I want him to do with the lamb.....I said make it not taste like lamb :rotfl::rotfl:

I agree with you on that FC, I am not keen on lamb but DH really likes it. I will give in occasionally and get some, perhaps I should send him round to yours and you come to me

Not keen myself although it is nice in a curry as long as there is not too much fat.

Have you noticed my last pm re RSH?

we have such different tastes in food. I often eat fishy things Im not keen on because he loves fish. I draw the line at shellfish tho....I can't stand it. I bought him some crabs claws last week......you'd think he won the lottery :rotfl::rotfl:

If you have the time I cooked our half leg of lamb using this recipe this afternoon and it was lovely :D Interestingly others have commented that you can't tell it's lamb afterwards ;) I added some rosemary and chopped garlic with the onions

mhoc how do you keep the potatoes from rotting over the three weeks please?

Normally I'd skirt around any disputes but I have to say that IMHO redfox does a difficult job well. After being shocked at that thread that got closed down recently I'm glad rf steps in when required.

We have a freezing cold kitchen - a suppose I'd you have a frost free outhouse with no damp it might be the same.
Not joking, no heaters on and no roof insulation!
