we have a leg of lamb to cook this week. Lamb isn't really my favourite meat, in fact id happily not eat it but OH loves it so I eat it so he can have it sometimes.
He asked tonight what I want him to do with the lamb.....I said make it not taste like lamb :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

If you have the time I cooked our half leg of lamb using this recipe this afternoon and it was lovelyInterestingly others have commented that you can't tell it's lamb afterwards
I added some rosemary and chopped garlic with the onions

We have a freezing cold kitchen - a suppose I'd you have a frost free outhouse with no damp it might be the same.
