Happy Birthday and Congratulations on the win, have you had an email asking for verification? Is there a help line or livehelp on the site? :)

Just had a chat with on-line help
This is the convo that took place

Welcome to bgo Live Chat. One of our friendly team will be with you shortly.
You are now connected with xxxx
Them: Hello! Welcome to bgo support. How may I help?
Me: Hi. I registered on your site last night and appear to have won £700.38 which I've 'withdrawn'. However its not showing up in my Paypal account. How long would that take. Incidentally its my birthday today so that would be a nice gift
Them: Happy Birthday! We process withdrawals in no less than 72hrs. This allows our Payments team to perform the necessary checks. After this time they payment then goes to your payment provider.
Them: Have you recieved an email with a birthday bonus?
Me: No I haven't had that email. I noticed on the website you require security verification paperwork. Do you write to me requesting those or will I get an email?
Them: Yes, you will receive an email stating when we will need these. At the moment there is no note that we require these.
Them: The birthday bonus code is BDAY, You just enter this if you decide you want to make a deposit today.
Me: Under what circumstances do you require documentation? What does the birthday bonus give me?
Them: However if you have bonus funds you will not be able to make another withdrawal request until wagering requirements have been met.
Them: The Birthday bonus is a 100% reload, but has got wagering requirements attached to it.
Me: I see. Thank you for your help
Them: Security documents can be requested at any time from the Finance department to verify your identity. But you can always supply these before the email request if you would prefer?
Them: You would only need to supply them once- as long as your personal details do not change.
Me: Thanks but I'm not going to post any personal documents to a Company I've only just registered with without full details as to whom they are being addressed to and supporting paperwork to go with them so they know why they have received them. Hopefully as I'm Paypal verified that might already prove my identity.
    The end is nigh

To buy 2000 Avios would currently cost you £47 (not a good idea, wait until bonuses appear if you have to buy).

I work on the basis of 1p per Avios, so if a flight works out less I would pay for the flight and vice versa.

With deals to get Avios if it is costing me more than 0.8p per mile I wouldn't bother.

Not at work today cause its my birthday. So I was up late last night as no hurry to wake up this morning. Decided to give the BGO Bingo thing a whirl. I've read the T&C's on the website and everyone explanation of how it works. I think I'm really thick cause I'm not following it at all - but in any event I think I may have won £700. It let me withdraw to my paypal account but nothing has since appeared in my Paypal although the initial £10 paid out does.
Happy birthday and muchos congratulations on your fabulous win! :T:T

I agree with this one, we hired a skip once and next door were having their house decorated the cheeky decorator just dumped all his old tins of paint in our skip. I was more annoyed that he didnt ask, I would have said yes but he just did it. Skip hire is sooo expensive

This happened to my mum and dad the last time they replaced the whole kitchen.
The landlord next door was renovating and had already informed the neighbours that he'd be removing the rubbish in his trailer each night. He spotted the skip coming one morning and the installers arrive and go in to start taking the kitchen out, he waited until they'd closed the door and came out with load after load of his rubbish and dumped it into the skip!
If it hadn't been for the local nosey neighbour the installers would never have known. They went and emptied his rubbish into his garden before putting the old units into the skip. They informed him in no uncertain terms that if they saw anything other than what they put in the skip it would all be going into his garden. They told him if he had asked they would have let him put stuff in when they'd finished but because he'd tried to be sneaky they wouldn't let him.
He was livid when the men went round the neighbours asking if they had anything to throw out to put it into the skip. :rotfl:

    Morning all.

Well its not been a good start. One of the girls in my office has felt the other members of staff have been picking on her. I havent seen it. I have heard about it and have tried to stay out of it where possible .But be supportive where possible. I dont like conflict but i can be a bit blunt.

I had told her report it, I told her that I thought she was a great person and other things.

This morning she took a hairly mental on me and frankly I have been crying since the changeover at half ten.

She said one thing that contradicted the other and since she left been sending me text messgages with half apology half accusation. Which is even more confusing.

Mean while another colleague been in(we are one man office) but its payday. Seen what a state I was in and now the whole team will know.

Anyway sorry guys I dont know how to deal with this. My usual is to bury head in sand and avoid someone. I was friends with her sort of before I worked here. She is late forties. I guess i expect more from a grown up. Roll on end of shift

    :o:(

    Simone10 -

As I was a semi-professional poker player for some time I have some experience with this (Bingo , gambling, poker sites are all essential the same). Some request it immediately, others at first withdrawal and others at any time. I have a file on my PC with scanned copies of my bank card I use to deposit, my driver's licence and a utility bill. I just zip that up and email it to them whenever they ask. It's normally documents@blahblah.com.

Hope this puts your mind at ease. :A

Many people get scared but you're far safer with CC and debit cards on-line than you are in the high-street. jsut be careful of phishing emails.

    Morning all,

It's cold, wet and windy here :-(

Anyone played Bingo via Quidco yet? Butlers has a £20.00 cb for £10.oo deposit. I just don't know if I trust Quidco enough to spend my money/time doing it. Thoughts?

Edit: Don't worry, I've just read the reviews.

You looking to repeat your recent success??

All I would do is send a message saying you'd like to help her out but you're upset with her tone. If she'd like your friendship and help, you'd like a proper apology. Then leave it at that. Hope it gets better for you - head up!
