I gave blood from being 18 until I was 40 apart from when I weighed under 6 stone when they wouldn't take it, but after having a transfusion myself after an accident I'm not allowed to give blood anymore.
same here - transfusion:(never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -

That may well be the £150 fee to call out an engineer

I can do hoovers and bleed radiators. Replaced the clutch in our dyson for £25 a while ago. A job, incidently, that our local repairman said they no longer did because it was too complicated:eek:. It did take me almost an hour but with the right tools would have taken 10 minutes. Saved me the cost of a new dyson:)
Never even knew they had clutches!!
Luck has not been with you there AAU. Any idea why it has suddenly started to leak??“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

I see talk of bleeding radiators, well tonight i have been all under my house and tracked down a burst pipe

It explains why my boiler pressure keeps dropping and the hall smells of fish
Must be recent because we had all new carpets laid last month and didnt see any damp floorboards then. Plumber coming tomorrow
That's a nuisance- not just a washer that needs tightening? I had the same a few years back with a leaking radiator. I turned the radiator off so no water would go in. The boiler pressure did drop and I kept having to let more water in to system...plumber and spending money on new rad was the only solution for me:eek::eek:never stop doing your best because someone doesn't give you credit0 -
