I see talk of bleeding radiators, well tonight i have been all under my house and tracked down a burst pipe :(

It explains why my boiler pressure keeps dropping and the hall smells of fish

Must be recent because we had all new carpets laid last month and didnt see any damp floorboards then. Plumber coming tomorrow :(

    Does he do hoovers too?

    That would be something.

    Washing machines AND hoovers.......

    Oh and bleed radiators...

I can do hoovers and bleed radiators. Replaced the clutch in our dyson for £25 a while ago. A job, incidently, that our local repairman said they no longer did because it was too complicated:eek:. It did take me almost an hour but with the right tools would have taken 10 minutes. Saved me the cost of a new dyson:)
