aaaargh! Just got trouted by customer service for Mr T, on the phone! Re; the dtd lamb legs, apparently according to man on the phone I got the wrong barcode. I said it is a different barcode for each leg because they all weigh different. Backtrack from him, oh yes I mean range of barcodes. I said deliberate attempt to rip people off as all in that bit had no half price on and the bloke at cs then went and put it back on the shelf.
I have basically been told that I was in the wrong and I need to talk to customer services in store if I have a problem, er well I did that was why I ee-mailed you. Apparently the only thing he can do is fwd my e-mail to the store manager.
I was essentially called a liar. Funny how the other day when I complained about £3 out of date prawns I got an apology and a giftcard, but rip me off by £20 and I get told off!
It is not like I had 5 joints. I had one leg of lamb and a normal £45 shop. I am really really fuming. I don't care about the dtd I just care about being treated like an idiot by cs. Sorry for the rant I am absolutely fuming. I put the phone down in the end. Amazing the ability of some staff to be so rude.

oh and being as I had not been overcharged, I asked for their policy on when you have been overcharged. He said customer services in store have it behind the till . I said that I hadn;t seen it, and I had looked hard. He had nothing to send me as they only have the stuff for 'internal viewing' and again I would have to be asked in store.
I am really angry I didn't take his name!
