Just a word of warning for those using the finest vouchers I got trouted last time using them against the wine that was on offer because there are 2 bc one is for -£2 and one is -1p
Sa scanned -1p and said thats not right I said its the other one I think but she insisted on calling over mobile trouty who promptly said not to be used with any other offer blah blah blah.
Looking at them it seems the vertical one is the one for -£2 as it ends 2004 so maybe bend the other one over so it does not scan and if they try you should have time to train them upWhen The Fun Stops Stop0 -

I don't think I'll push for the extra shopping would be very happy to get them for free
I have to say the CS for SSS is excellent they respond to emails almost immediately and keep sending me extra free kitkats every time I email them about any particularly difficult stores!GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED

Although most of the spirits were showing as £21 on msm last night they were priced up at £17 in the 3 Mr T's that I tried.
Tonights expeditions is the hunt for SoCo Lime £17 v £10 (T v A)
p.s couldn't find a 1lt Bells to compare, so that may still be a good one.
The Bells Whisky works, tried today & got Price Promice :-)0 -

Its not 1st time either last year we had baliffs knocking on door coz he'd not paid council tax, dispite me giving him £75 a month for it:(:(
So I am working through any glitched alcohol I can find

You're very welcome. I think I got lucky with the Ltabs the first time, happy to get them for free too. I've found that items vary in price depending on where you shop, as items in corner shops are likely to cost a little extra, though overall I've come out ahead.
I agree with you about SSS Customer Service speed of response and high quality of service. I've even emailed them whilst walking out of a shop and received the reply within minutes. I've also found all SA's polite so far, even when they've refused to scan due to not knowing about the system. Tosco could learn a lot from them!
We do earn our rewards though, as the communication hasn't been great, I visited several stores and only found two SA's who knew about SSS. Saying that, CS always phone the stores to explain the system."We have to be kind because everyone is fighting a great, great battle" - Sir Richard Attenborough

aaaargh! Just got trouted by customer service for Mr T, on the phone! Re; the dtd lamb legs, apparently according to man on the phone I got the wrong barcode. I said it is a different barcode for each leg because they all weigh different. Backtrack from him, oh yes I mean range of barcodes. I said deliberate attempt to rip people off as all in that bit had no half price on and the bloke at cs then went and put it back on the shelf.
I have basically been told that I was in the wrong and I need to talk to customer services in store if I have a problem, er well I did that was why I ee-mailed you. Apparently the only thing he can do is fwd my e-mail to the store manager.
I was essentially called a liar. Funny how the other day when I complained about £3 out of date prawns I got an apology and a giftcard, but rip me off by £20 and I get told off!
It is not like I had 5 joints. I had one leg of lamb and a normal £45 shop. I am really really fuming. I don't care about the dtd I just care about being treated like an idiot by cs. Sorry for the rant I am absolutely fuming. I put the phone down in the end. Amazing the ability of some staff to be so rude.0
